Maria Fernanda is an Entertainment Journalist with 5+ years of experience. She consider herself as a “Full On Entertainer” because she not only loves to interview music celebrities, she’s a professional dancer, fashion lover and passionate about creating unique content for her audience. 

After living 25 years in her home country Venezuela, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication (while literally dancing around the country and in continents like Asia & Europe) in 2013 and started working as a host in a regional tv station, Maria Fernanda got married to her high school sweetheart and moved to Miami in 2016, where she graduated with a Journalism Master's degree from Florida International University in 2018. 

Because of her visa status, she wasn’t permitted to work, so that’s why she decides to open a YouTube channel and started going to every possible event in Miami to ask for interviews and post them on her channel, to create a demo reel that she would use (later) to apply for entertainment jobs. 

Later in 2018, she officially started her career in the U.S with Press Pass Latino, a bilingual entertainment blog, as a freelancer journalist (reporter, writer & video editor) where she got the opportunity to interview famous latin artists such as: Thalia, Carlos Vives, Bacilos, Zion y Lennox, CNCO, Alejandra Guzmán, May y Ricky among others & Hollywood celebrities like Amber Heard, Alexandra Shipp, Luna Lauren Velez and Zachary Levy. 

She also covered Univision’s awards such as “Premios Juventud” 2018 & 2019, “Premios Lo Nuestro” 2020 & the network’s reality shows “Nuestra Belleza Latina 2018” & “Mira Quien Baila 2019”. Later, in 2020 with the pandemic hit, she decided to start her own media platform “IT’S MARIA FERNANDA”.
